    Compassionate, Available, Reliable, and Experienced-You Can Count On Us!

    Provides affordable, superior level of care to children, disabled adults and the elderly in Northern Virginia area in the comfort of their homes. We are Licensed, Fully Insured and Bonded!

    BIKAM provides its caregivers with a multi-phase training program, competency testing and ongoing in-services to ensure that they know how to respond to unique situations, sensitive issues.

    BIKAM contracts with local Musical Art Therapists, who provide free music therapy to patients with physical and mental limitations imposed by illness therefore restoring a sense of self and wholeness. Experiencing oneself as a creator within the treatment setting restores empowerment, and thus enable patients to become active partners in the work of getting well, not just passive patients who can only take medicine and wait.

    About My Services
    Services provided are:
    Skilled Nursing Care-Wound, Ostomy and Continence care, Respiratory Care (Tracheotomy and Ventilator Care), IV Infusion Therapy/TPN/IV Injections/Blood Draw, Obtaining and Monitoring Vital Signs, Teaching Visits, Feeding disorders (Cleft Lip/Palate, NGT, GT/JT)

    Personal Care: With personal care, we require the caregiver to be certified. The personal care program follows a care plan developed by a registered nurse for the patient who is under the treatment of a physician.

    Companion Care: Meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry, Medication Reminders, Engage in Hobbies/conversation/Safety supervision

    Experience And Credentials
    RNs, LPNs, CNAs HHAs have minimum of 2 yrs of experience in their areas of expertise.

    Pediatric nurses who are certified Pediatric Nurses (CPN) by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board ( with 15yrs of pediatric experience to serve our pediatric population.
