We are ADVOCATES IN AGING: helping Ohio Seniors secure quality care while protecting their assets. The attorneys at the Firm have over fifty years experience working exclusively in the fields of elder law and estate planning. Each attorney and staff professional brings his or her own experience and talents to the practice. For instance, Kathy Cline, LSW, GCM, is a Certified Elder Care Coordinator for our Life Care Planning Services, and is a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner. We assist individuals and families throughout Northern and Central Ohio , and offer a free initial consultation by phone with an experienced elder law attorney.

He also served as a Sub-Committee Chair and Officer for the Elder Law Committee of the OSBA, and as a Board Member for the Ohio Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
