Home Helpers requires all caregivers to undergo background checks and drug testing, and all Home Helpers caregivers are licensed, insured drivers with working vehicles. Unlike some other agencies, we don’t use subcontractors. We hire, train and employ our caregivers ourselves, and all of our caregivers are bonded and covered by workers’ compensation. We do this to ensure that our clients get the best possible assistance and are fully protected.
