Trusted OndeCare Heroes pass a comprehensive interview and vetting process. • OndeCare Heroes are experienced Care, Education or Safety professionals. We check and maintain all qualifications. • OndeCare Heroes undergo proprietary background checks, including sex-offender and criminal background checks. • OndeCare Heroes are interviewed twice by a member of our Care Concierge Team.
