Additionally, every caregiver who works for San Diego Home Caregivers must pass a thorough background check conducted by the FBI and Department of Justice through the Caregiver Background Check Bureau and pass a 10-panel drug screening. All of our caregivers are registered with the Department of Social Services Home Care Aide Registry. We are a licensed Home Care Organization (HCO# 374700105) that maintains employer taxes, worker’s compensation insurance and unemployment insurance for our W2 employees. This means that you can feel comfortable letting us be the employer, delivering a professional caregiver directly to your home.
