Join us for the Alzheimer's Association Maryland Advocacy Day! Register now to be part of our advocacy for state policy priorities, and text "ALZ.MD" to 52886 for the latest updates on how we work with legislators to find Alzheimer's first survivor.

Additional Information

  • Online and Phone Registration will OPEN on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
  • Early-bird registration is FREE until Sunday, January 5, 2020.
  • Registration increases to: $10 on Monday, January 6 // $15 on Monday, January 13.
  • Registration closes on January 24, 2020. Registration is required for all attendees.

Transportation

If you registered for the Timonium Bus, please plan to arrive at the Alzheimer's Association office - 1850 York Rd., Suite D, Timonium, MD 21093 - no later than 6:45 a.m. The bus will depart promptly at 7 a.m.

If you registered for the Lanham Bus, please plan to arrive at the Alzheimer's Assocation/Prince George's County office - 4640 Forbes Blvd., Suite 120S, Lanham, MD 20706 - no later than 7:15 a.m. The bus will depart promptly at 7:30 a.m.

If you registered for the Frederick Bus, transportation arrangements will be e-mailed to you.

If you are providing your own transportation, please plan on meeting us at Miller Senate West, President's Conference Center.

Parking

The two closest garages are Gott's Court and Whitmore Garage. You may also park at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and take the shuttle to the Legislative Buildings. The costs are $5 to park and $1 each way for the shuttle to the legislative offices. Parking spaces are limited. Carpooling is encouraged. Visit Parkopedia for parking information and directions.

Refreshments

Coffee and breakfast snacks will be provided in the morning; a boxed lunch will be available at 11:30 a.m. Food is available for registered participants.

Dress Code

Remember to wear PURPLE and to bring a photo ID to access the buildings. Business/business casual clothing is recommended.

Please let us know if you need to CANCEL so we can offer your seat to an advocate on the waiting list. We expect over 100 advocates to attend! Due to space limitations, walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
