24/7 Helpline: (800) 272-3900
In the early stage of Alzheimer’s disease, families face new questions as they adjust. What does the diagnosis mean? What kinds of plans need to be made? What resources are available to help? This 3-part program provides practical answers to the questions that arise in the early stage. Hear from those directly affected and learn what you can do to cope with the changes that come with an early-stage diagnosis.
In this presentation, we will explore some of the challenges that present themselves when providing care for those you love that may be experiencing cognitive decline. We will also discuss some unique challenges for LGBTQ caregivers, and connect you with valuable resources that may help.
This is the recorded session of the Thrive with Pride series for the LGBTQ+ community for April. Each month we will be covering a different topic and all sessions are recorded for later viewing. If you need assistance with registration, please call the helpline at 800-272-3900. The link to view the recording will be provided after registration.
