The Alzheimer’s Association, CT Chapter, in collaboration with Easterseals, Capital Region and Eastern Connecticut, are presenting a 4 part Dementia Education Series for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and their care-partners. Each program takes place Tuesdays from 2:00 – 3:00 pm.
