Join us for a day of learning from the experts. We will hear from speakers on topics that cover the various aspects of dementia starting with diagnosis and the perspective of the person living with dementia, managing behaviors related to dementia, the perspective of the caregiver and how to juggle it all as well as advanced directives and music therapy. We will also be joined by many representatives of the resources available in the community to share their information. Think of this caregiver conference as a one stop info gathering day.
