Frontotemporal dementia is a group of disorders that cause deterioration and shrinkage in the front and side lobes (regions) of the brain which control decision-making, thinking, and behavior.Although FTD is a disorder with characteristics in common, there are a number of variants that exist, presenting with unique symptoms, diagnosis information, and treatment plans. Join us for our final week of the series as educators from Lifespan and the Alzheimer's Association discuss the caregiver resources available inthe Rochester and Finger Lakes communities. *This five-part series is intended for caregivers of persons living with Frontotemporal dementia or primary progressive aphasia.*
