The need for staying connected through activities and social engagement is important. ALZTogether social engagement programs offer a fun and comfortable way for both a person living in the early stage of Alzheimer's or other dementia and their care partner to engage with each other, and connect with others in similar situations. This is done through a variety of social events and community-based activities by promoting social interaction and companionship.
