In this 2-part series, you’ll hear from caregivers and professionals about resources, monitoring care and providing meaningful connection for the person with late-stage Alzheimer’s and their families.

The Commons at Brightmore hosts a caregiver support group that is open to the public and meets on the second Monday of every month, and prior to the meeting, there will be a brief education program discussing 10 tips during late stage caregiving includingchanges in the caregiving role, working with doctors, monitoring care and end-of-life issues.
