During the community forums, the Alzheimer's Association often hears people share ideas, concerns, and experiences about engaging health care providers. Join us as we work to connect you with health systems across the Hudson Valley. We will discuss pathways to diagnosis and share insights on partnering with your providers around managing, treating, and educating individuals and care partners about Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia. Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions to the panelists. (Note this is an open discussion and personal information should not be disclosed)
