The scientifically based techniques encourage adults to act in childlike ways to stoke laughter through spurring productionof positive brain chemistry.Easy, fun and effective, laughter yoga needs no special equipment, only a willingness to laugh and feel the rewards.Jim Gordon has a Master's Degreein Gerontology, a BS degree in Adult Services, is a certified laughter yoga teacher. Date of the sessions are Thursdays, May 9, 16, 23 & June 6. There is no session on May 30.
