Navigating the Senior Care Maze: This presentation will provide an overview of the senior care industry and give you important tools to advocate for yourself or an aging love one. Learn about the spectrum of care options and how to make care transitions as successful as possible. Being armed with knowledge and tools will help you stay calm and coordinate the best possible care for your loved one. Alzheimer's Awareness: This presentation provides a brief overview of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and the Alzheimer’s Association services. Topics include the impact of Alzheimer’s, risk factors, warning signs and how others can join the fight against the disease.
