(This is 2 presentations) Alzheimer's Awareness: This presentation provides a brief overview of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and the Alzheimer’s Association services. Topics include the impact of Alzheimer’s, risk factors, warning signs and how others can join the fight against the disease. Engaging in Meaningful Self-Care: Self-care is often one more thing on the list and can fall by the wayside when others depend on you. Join us to explore meaningful self-care strategies and learn to tend to your own well-being with practical tools for everyday life.
