Topics include the impact of Alzheimer's, risk factors, warning signs and how others can join the fight against the disease. 10 Healthy Habits Take charge of your brain health. Learn ways you can lower the risk of developing cognitive decline and possibly dementia. This is true even for those who have a family history of dementia.
