PART 1: ALZHEIMER’S AND DEMENTIA 101 In this presentation, learn the difference between dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, warning signs, risk factors and Alzheimer’s Association resources. PART 2: POWER OF EXERCISE In this presentation, learn about what research says on the connection between exercise and the brain, and simple exercises you can do.
