This education series teaches caregivers how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone living with dementia. Topics include tips for understanding key aspects of caregiving, supporting independence, communicating effectively, responding to dementia-related behaviors and exploring care and support services.
Each session offers practical tools, emotional support, and real-world strategies to help you feel more confident in your caregiving journey. Topics include understanding the disease, effective communication, managing day-to-day challenges, and prioritizing caregiver wellness.
No registration is required, and all caregivers are welcome.
