This year’s Release The Silence event shines a spotlight on the critical disparities in brain health. African Americans are nearly twice as likely as white Americans to develop Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, yet often have less access to early detection, education, and support.
The event will offer practical, everyday tips for maintaining brain health, share the latest research advancements, and include a healthy light breakfast accompanied by engaging, brain-stimulating activities.
