Join us to learn how to recognize common signs of the disease; how to approach someone about memory concerns; the importance of early detection and benefits of a diagnosis; possible tests and assessments for the diagnostic process, and Alzheimer's Association resources.
Know the 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s is an Alzheimer’s Association educational program designed to help individuals recognize common signs of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. This session is ideal for community members, caregivers, family members, and anyone who wants to better understand when memory or behavior changes may be cause for concern.
Participants will learn to distinguish between normal agerelated changes and warning signs that may indicate Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia. The program explains why early detection is important and how recognizing symptoms early can lead to better access to care, treatment options, planning, and support.
