Memories at the Museum is a quarterly program provided by the Alzheimer's Association and the Lexington History Museum. It is a fun and comfortable way for people living with dementia and their care partners, families, and friends to get connected with one another through social interaction and companionship. Special Exhibit: “Celebrating 65 Years of the U.S. Peace Corps” Taking viewers on a decade-by-decade trip through the history of the Peace Corps, the exhibit shares brief stories of volunteers from Kentucky who have worked with communities around the world. Their first-hand accounts highlight both the transformative experience of volunteering in their countries of service and the profound insights they brought with them back home.
