Join us to learn about healthy habits for your brain; the brain-heart connection; why brain health is important at all ages, and how to build your personalized action plan for brain-healthy habits.

What can women do today to support brain health tomorrow? This engaging session will explore the factors that influence Alzheimer's disease risk, why nearly two-thirds of Americans living with Alzheimer's are women, and the steps we can take to reduce risk and promote cognitive wellness. The webinar will also provide an overview of promising research, new treatment developments, and trusted resources to help women and families navigate brain health with confidence.
Guest speaker: -Dr. Ashanda Saint Jean- Dr. Ashanda Saint Jean is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, educator, and nationally recognized maternal health advocate. She serves as an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Co-Chair of the New York City Maternal Mortality Review Committee. Throughout her career, Dr. Saint Jean has championed health equity, maternal mental health, reproductive justice, and menopause education, working to improve outcomes for women and families through compassionate, patient-centered care, education, and community engagement.
